These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coaching, educational, and wellness services provided by Anchored Coaching, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, enrolling in a program, or scheduling sessions, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with services.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Anchored Coaching LLC are coaching or educational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support self-awareness, personal growth, executive function development, parenting support, and performance optimization. Coaching does not include diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions.

2. Eligibility

Coaching services are available to adults and minors. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and may be involved in the coaching process. We reserve the right to decline services based on the appropriateness of fit or readiness for coaching.

3. Coaching Relationship

You understand that:

• Coaching is a client-driven, forward-focused relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

• Confidentiality is maintained within the coaching relationship, but coaching is not governed by HIPAA.

• You are responsible for your choices, behavior, and progress throughout and after coaching.

• Coaching does not guarantee outcomes, and your success depends on your engagement and effort.

4. Session Policies

Sessions are conducted virtually or in person, based on availability. You agree to:

• Arrive on time and be prepared for sessions

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges

• Understand that late arrivals may reduce your session time

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or other scheduling conflicts.

5. Payment and Refunds

All services are self-pay. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise arranged. We do not bill insurance.

Fees for coaching sessions, programs, or digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment plans may be available at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared by Anchored Coaching, LLC, including worksheets, guides, videos, and frameworks, are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside of personal use without written permission.

7. Technology Use

We may use third-party platforms to manage scheduling, intake, note-taking, virtual sessions, and digital course delivery. These platforms are chosen for their security practices. By using our services, you consent to the use of these tools. You may opt out of specific tools with written notice.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

While coaching is not covered by HIPAA, your privacy is respected. Information you share will not be disclosed to others without your written consent, except in cases where:

• Required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order)

• There is a concern for your safety or the safety of others

• You request collaboration with another provider (e.g., therapist, physician)

9. Termination of Services

You may terminate coaching at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue services if:

• You miss scheduled sessions without notice

• There is inappropriate conduct

• Coaching is no longer deemed beneficial

Unused prepaid sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

10. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Coaching is an investment in your growth, and your results depend on your commitment and readiness for change. Participation is voluntary and does not replace professional mental health or medical care.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes related to our services will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
