Coaching may be provided to individuals, parents, teens, or children (with parental consent), and we tailor communication and confidentiality in accordance with the age and needs of the client and family.

We may use secure, encrypted electronic tools—including AI-assisted note-taking or virtual platforms—to improve service quality and efficiency. These tools do not store or share session content without your consent. You may opt out of the use of these tools at any time.

5. Types of Clients We Serve

Anchored Coaching LLC supports individuals across the lifespan, including parents, children, teens, and adults. Services may include ADHD coaching, executive function coaching, parenting support, performance coaching, and wellness programs. Coaching services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and do not involve diagnosis or therapy.

If you opt in, we may send you occasional newsletters, resources, event announcements, or promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided or by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Anchored Pediatric Mental Health is a separate, licensed medical practice owned and operated by Dr. Grizelda Anguiano.

All medical services, including diagnostic evaluations, ADHD assessments, and medication management, are provided exclusively through that practice

and are not part of Anchored Coaching LLC.
